Documents required to open an account for an individual — non-resident of the RF

  1. The document proving the identity (passport).
  2. Notarized translation of the identity document (passport) into Russian.
  3. A Bank Account Agreement filled in and signed by the Client, in the currency of the Russian Federation, with appendixes (in 2 counterparts).
  4. Bank card with specimen signatures and seal impression (Instruction dated September 14, 2006, ¹ 28-I).
  5. Migration card.
  6. Document confirming the permit for a foreign citizen for to stay (reside) in the territory of the Russian Federation.
  7. Certificate of Registration with the Tax Authority (if available).
