Money transfers

Platina Bank and CyberPlat system, using the most advanced technologies, offer their customers, who regularly send money transfers, to use self-service terminals for remitting money. Terminals are located in convenient places, and are in operation round-the-clock and 7 days a week. This will make sending money transfers for you more comfortable and will significantly reduce the time spent on sending money.

Today money transfers can be sent through self-service terminals via systems Anelik, Allure, InterExpress, Leader, Unistream, Asia-Express and MoneyGram.

Several other money transfer systems will become available in the near future, they are: Contact, Intel Express, Migom, Caspian Money Transfer, PrivatMoney, Blizko, Ria.

How to remit money via a terminal?

It is very easy to remit money via a self-service terminal:

  • select “Money transfers” option on the display;
  • enter your number and password;
  • select a recipient from the list;
  • insert the desired amount of money into the cash acceptor;
  • confirm the sending of the transfer;
  • get a receipt for sending the transfer

Terminals of CB Platina are located in Moscow and Moscow region

How to get access to the service

In order to be able to remit money via self-service terminals, you shall visit the office of the Bank “Platina” at 7th Entrance, 12, Krasnopresnenskaya embankment, Moscow and refer to an operations analyst.

What documents are required for registration?

To get registered you need to provide a passport and a bank card. If necessary, you will be granted a card for free at the bank during the registration.

What data are used for registration?

To get registered, passport data and credit card details are used. Additionally, one should submit the recipient’s name, names of transfer systems which will be used for sending transfers, and, if required by the rules of the system, select the addresses of transfer payment outlets.

Can a previously registered recipient be replaced or a new one added?

In order to replace the previously registered recipient or add a new one you should refer to the branch of the Bank-Partner.

Can cards be used to send money transfers?

At the moment, only cash is accepted for money transfers.
