Remote access to accounts via the Internet

VISA and MasterCard cardholders are provided with free remote control of their bank accounts via the Internet using CyberPlat® payment system.

CyberPlat® system allows them, cladestinely, to do the following straight from their personal computers:

• receive account statements;
• transfer funds to any account in any Russian bank (for example, pay for the services of a cellular communication operator or Internet service provider);
• make purchases in numerous electronic stores that are connected to CyberPlat® system.

Additional services

Platina Bank offers the holders of PLATINUM, GOLD, BUSINESS, and CLASSIC VISA cards the following additional services:

• International insurance policy that provides package insurance to the holders of plastic cards when they are abroad;
• 24-hour medical and legal assistance in all countries of the world;

Provision of assistance to the holders in the event of loss or theft of a card during their stay abroad and immediate cash refund by the international service center of VISA International payment system.
