1. Application to open the account (Ô.0401025);
2. Copy of Article of Association (Regulations)* ;
3. Copy of Constituent Instrument (solution to farm the company)* ;
4. Copy of State Registration Certificate (non-commercial organizations shall also submit Registration Certificate of Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation)*;
5. Certificate of Registration in State Tax Inspection (the notarized copy)**;
6. Specimens of signature and seal print (two cards)*;
7. Letter of Statistic Body on assigned codes (the copy attested with the company's seal);
8. Documents to confirm powers of the officials listed in the card (with specimens of signature and seal print) approved in compliance with the established procedure;
9. Bank account agreement in the currency of the Russian Federation;
10. Power of Attorney of the official to open the account;
11. Passport (of the official).

  • Application to open the account (Ô.0401025);
  • Certificate of Social Insurance Fund;
  • Certificate of Pension Fund;
  • Card with specimens of signatures and seal print*;
  • Bank Account Agreement in foreign currency
