The Bank renders services to its clients by keeping to high standards of quality. For this purpose:
Banking services
- The Bank works from 8:00 to 18:00, and if necessary later.
- Statements of accounts in Russian rubles and US dollars are issued from 8.30.
- Payment orders for the current banking day are accepted until 17:00. By arrangement with the client, payment orders in rubles may be accepted up to 19:30, and in US dollars up to 22:00.
- The Bank guarantees receipt of funds not later than the following day by any region participating in the electronic inter-regional payments system. Receipt of telegraphed payments sent to other regions is guaranteed within three days.
- When a payment is made to a region that does not participate in the electronic inter-regional payments system, on the second day the Bank issues to the client on request the number, date, and total amount of the consolidated credit advice. Thus, if there is a delay due to another bank, correspondents can quickly track down the source of the hold-up.
- If necessary, a client may receive information on sums coming from outside the electronic inter-regional payments system, or on payments coming without accompanying documents. .
- To make communication with the Bank from the client's office more convenient and efficient, the Bank-client system may be installed there. This enables fast and confidential exchange of information: in particular, transmission of payment orders, receipt of statements of accounts, and transmission of any text messages, instructions etc. If the client desires, the system can be coupled with the software used by the client's accounts department.
- If the Bank-client system is realized in the Internet environment on the CyberPlat platform, payments between clients of the Bank are fulfilled within 20 seconds.
- Interest is paid on the balance of the settlement account.
- Since 1994, the Platina Bank has been a member of SWIFT, which allows fast, reliable, and confidential inward and outward payments both in foreign exchange and in rubles. It also facilitates the exchange of information between leading members of the banking community, both in Russia and abroad.
- Bank sells bills to its clients, thus making it easier to accomplish payments via "long" payment transactions.
Deposit Service
The Bank's storehouses are equipped in accordance with the requirements of the Bank of Russia. They have their own armored cars, and a highly skilled staff of collectors and armed security guards equipped with body armor, other special devices, and means of individual communication. All this enables us to offer the following services:
- Delivery of cash to the Bank
- Delivery of cash from the Bank to a place and at a time specified by the client
- Transfer of collected money into the client's account on the same day
- Delivery of cash for payroll payments, with the requested banknote denomination
- Support and special transport for the client's cashiers and forwarding agents
Foreign exchange
- The Bank effectively purchases and sells currency both at its own expense, and via the Interbank Foreign Currency Exchange.
- Experts from the Bank will provide comprehensive help on the requirements of currency legislation to clients preparing foreign-trade contracts.
- The Bank conducts operations in Indian rupees under the clearing payments code C45.
- The Bank and its branch offices offer a wide range of foreign currency exchange services.
Private banking
- The Bank implements the concept of personal client management. Each client has a personal manager at the Bank who is responsible for the efficient conduct of all the client's operations, and who ensures that the appropriate services of the Bank give proper attention to solving each of the client's problems. In the course of conducting the most complex operations, the personal manager provides a comprehensive analysis of the project to the client, gives fully qualified consultations involving the appropriate branch experts if necessary, and controls the fulfillment of specific financial transactions.
- The Bank provides its clients with services on trust management of their property and money resources, providing the optimal combination of profitability and level of risk.
- The Bank provides its clients with money-storage facilities; the client retains control and the Bank has no right to place the money elsewhere.

Bank cards and checks
- The Bank issues international plastic Visa cards: Visa Platinum / Gold / Business / Classic / Electron Plus / Virtual. The cards are issued both for individual clients and for the staff of serviced enterprises, thus enabling various payroll programs to be realized.
